Position: Senior Manager, Agency Operations
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + 12% bonus
Location: Dallas, TX

In this role you will:
- Create and own QA processes for insurance applications
- Create new tracking system, SLAs and timelines for application submissions as well as Autopay processes
- Strategize and develop additional ways to scale and resource the application submission process, including:Â
- Application and funding cadence
- Contracting with outsourcing firms
- Improve upon and maintain bulk application submission processes
- Manage âBack of Houseâ team and determine necessary resources needed
- Provide the vision for payment solution operations
- Scalability, Process Improvements, End User Improvements
- Develop project plans, resourcing, and processes for support of expanded payment solution functionality
- Work with product and development teams to help manage ongoing payment solution product releases, and to creatively identify areas to pivot or improve the payment solution product.
- Work cross functionally with teams to provide education & clarity on payment solution, & clearly communicate issues that affect payroll reporting
- Own agency operations

- Experience in operations, process creation and management
- Experience in project management
- Experience working with large data sets and/or databases
- Experience in report-buildingÂ
- Experience in people management
- Experience in finance is a plus but not a requirement
