About You
The Senior Manager, Amazon Customer Acquisition & Retention will create and deliver acquisition, reactivation, and retention strategies to drive growth on Amazon and drive overall profitability to the Nutrafol business. This position will contribute to Nutrafol’s Amazon growth by owning the end-to-end customer journey and retention strategy, with a focus on growing and engaging our subscriber base to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
The team is looking for a thought leader with experience translating their creative vision into an end-to-end brand experience that delivers measurable growth against key retention metrics. This role requires a growth and data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the value of a rapid test and learn approach.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team to develop strategies for attracting & acquiring new customers on Amazon in order to meet KPIs & maximize ROI
- Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty, improve customer retention rate & reduce churn
- Analyze and utilize data to provide effective strategies that acquire and retain customers as well as anticipate cultural & buying trends
- Update listings when they go down and triage as necessary
- Manage budget and advertising spend and find new ways to attract/retain customers while driving revenue
- Develop and oversee the partnership and communications with external agency partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to align strategically and maximize all opportunities
- Establish Amazon’s Retention Marketing strategy and approach to CRM, including defining KPIs, growing Subscribe and Save subscriptions, customer segmentation, and the customer journey
- Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing, analysis, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in advertising, marketing, business management, or other business-related field)
- 3+ years working on Amazon, including Amazon DSP
- Experience working in a DTC company and/or agency
- 3+ years experience with analytics tools, including Amazon and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience delivering and presenting data and insights to Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisionsÂ
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing and retail ecommerce landscape and best practices
- Direct experience in search marketing and Amazon advertising
- Ability to utilize analytics, business and shopper insights to drive data-driven planning and optimization, while keeping up with technologies and networking trends
- Relevant experience in managing Digital Marketing, CRM & Loyalty activities.
- Demonstrable strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
