Position Overview: B2B Omnichannel - Reliance Ecosystem
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
- Lead, design and implement integrated short and mid-term strategies for one of the fastest growing customers to drive sustainable revenue and margin growth
- Responsible for stewarding the relationship with key stakeholders across the customer ecosystem to build best in class value-based relationships
- Bring the "voice of the customer" into our TCCC program design early to ensure we have the strongest plans possible and can maximize relevance and execution
- Working closely along with bottling units to implement the strategic priorities
- Partner with OU category teams on occasion-centric activation on key categories to deploy through the channel with an integrated through the line approach
- Be the System expert on the channel, able to reflect a consumer, shopper and customer perspective as well as a System execution capability within the channel.
- Join Business Planning and complete alignment on growth pillars across network.

Key Deliverables:
- Customer-relevant occasion and portfolio development plans
- Building complementing and sustainable business model
- Long range and annual planning for the channel & customer
- Negotiation to drive value for the system.
- Improving System OI
- Ownership of customer metrics and analyses including price tracking, agreement compliance, fill rates + advanced analytic based approaches to drive category planning and customer negotiation
- Co-developing and aligning channel development business plan with bottlers, including brand and package portfolio priorities and activation plans.
- Forecasting monthly and quarterly SKU-wise volumes along with bottling teams
- Driving clarity on the channel Revenue pools, OBBPC approaches to drive the right assortment, SKU optimization & innovation, terms and conditions and promo mechanics and -spends. Plans to drive RGM/RTM linked capability
- Working closely with the team operational planners to ensure smooth management of supply through to the customer.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Education Requirements:
- MBA Preferred
Related Work Experience:
- 8+ years of leadership experience in customer management & Operations.
Location - Gurgaon
Functional Skills:
- Strong planning and collaboration skills
- Strong customer understanding from an execution perspective
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
- Extremely skilled in negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement various programs with End to end capabilities.
