The Senior Manager for Business Analysis and Insights will drive data-driven decision-making processes, delivering actionable insights to support strategic business initiatives. This role involves developing advanced analytics models, forecasting market trends and financials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance and growth.

About the Team:

The Health & Wellness Pharmacy Merchandising team is a group of diverse individuals that are responsible for overseeing the purchasing and sourcing of medications, developing and implementing pharmacy growth strategies, managing inventory, and optimizing supply logistics. This team ensures efficient and cost-effective procurement and distribution, maintaining a consistent and reliable supply of pharmaceuticals to meet customer needs. The Senior Manager for Business Analysis and Insights will reside with the Pharmacy Merchandising team that primarily focuses on and supports Strategy and Growth initiatives that positively impact all areas of the Health & Wellness business.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and apply advanced analytics models to business metrics that identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate data-driven business opportunities
• Provide analysis and insights to help support business strategies for short-term and long-term growth
• Advise on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance
• Evaluate ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives to ensure business needs are met

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
