Job Description

You will be responsible for client success through the sales of end-to-end services for Oracle Cloud solutions - strategic advisory, implementation and managed services. You will shape and drive material business cases to lead, value-led transformations for clients. This requires building trusted advisor relationships with Oracle and with current and prospective clients by understanding clients' needs and shaping the "right" Oracle-enabled solutions. You will drive the development of Oracle solutions and industry specialization and contributions to the health of the Oracle practice, e.g. thought leadership, solution development, differentiating content creation and viewpoints.

Your main responsibility will be to help place Kalypso in an industry-leading role regarding Oracle solutions. You will sell transformative projects that yield increased revenue, cash, and operational efficiencies for new and current Kalypso clients. This is a remote position and will report directly to the lead Principal of the Oracle practice

Your Responsibilities:

Developing Client Relationships and Leading Sales Opportunities:

  • You will pursue and cultivate trusted advisor relationships with Senior and C-level executives in a variety of industries including industrial and automotive, consumer products, life sciences & biotech, environmental & cleantech, aerospace and electronics, and semiconductor
  • Understand our client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and long-term value creation for the client using Oracle solutions
  • You will generate and translate ideas into practical and cost-effective solutions for clients
  • You will develop solution roadmaps for digital transformation for clients.
  • You will collaborate with marketing to implement local offering campaigns and manage the organizational and delivery strategies to increase the practice footprint.
  • You will maintain trusted relationships with Oracle sales and alliance partners and deliver the joint go-to-market strategy
  • You will maintain a set of contacts in target industries to provide access to the executive suite at target and existing clients.
  • You will generate and lead Oracle engagements and build momentum for change programs which will pull through additional Kalypso offerings.

Enhancing the Offerings:

  • Contribute to the growth of Oracle cloud offerings and create greater visibility in the professional services market.
  • You will collaborate with leaders from other Kalypso practices and with Rockwell Automation sales to design customized and creative Oracle solutions for the client
  • You will provide leadership to develop/refine Kalypso's holistic industry approach and methodology for the Oracle delivery and follow-on implementation engagements.
  • You will deliver digital transformation and results for the Oracle client base.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • We do require you to have a bachelor's degree for this position
  • We may require you to travel up to 50% of the year.
  • You will need Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • We also ask that you have at least 8 years of (related experience).
  • You should have Oracle cloud expertise with industry domain knowledge - and at 3+ years of Oracle solution experience within a top-tier Oracle ecosystem consulting firm or successful Oracle sales experience
  • You should have experience creating client value propositions.
  • Successful track record working closely with C-Level clients identifying issues, and developing and implementing digital transformation

The total target compensation for this role in California, Colorado, New York, & Washington is $200,560.00 - $250,700.00 of which 60% is base and 40% is variable.
