To build and lead a Sales Operations team which is at the center of all the AbacusNext Prospect and Customer lifecycle processes.

Your Mission

To build and lead a Business Intelligence team which is at the center of all the AbacusNext Data and Analytical needs. Your team will be interacting with all revenue focused teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) and delivering innovative strategies to improve overall productivity and customer experience. You will deliver by leading a team of analysts and data scientists who will help deliver reporting, analytics, and machine learning models to improve productivity and deliver incremental value to the organization.

You will recruit, hire, and train a diverse set of Business Intelligence resources and support their growth through development, performance management, and coaching.You will own the overall Business Intelliegnence strategy from Data acquistion and transformation to insight delivery. You will be a key advocate for our Business Intelligence technology needs and lead the sharing of those needs with our technology teams.You will support the overall Revenue team's budget process to optimize for key inputs and outputs as part of building annual plans and quarterly forecasts. You will ensure that these plans and forecasts are systematized and consistently reportable.You will partner with key leaders across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver on the strategic goals of the Revenue organization.

You will be a key part of the Revenue Operations leadership team.Build scalable processes to acquire, transform, and deliver data on the Customer lifecycle process to improve organizational efficacy.Create reporting infrasctructure that enables teams and leaders to evaluate compensation strategies and effectiveness.Lead BI training programs to improve user adoption and reporting effectiveness.Lead Data Science modeling to include Propensity to Buy, Ideal Client Profile, Propensity to Churn.As a trusted partner for the Revenue teams, you will be expected to help them to achieve and exceed delivery targets.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to deliver optimal solutions for reporting on data and analytics to improve processes.You will coach your team in the best ways to drive new data strategies, modeling best practices, and deliver on key projects to improve overall results.

You will work with HR and help to source, identify, and screen candidates for the Business Intelligence Team.You will develop innovative strategies to increase your team's skill level and to enhance the value of delivered analytics and modeling.You will understand the Business Intelligence technology stack and address any gaps by building business cases, business requirements, and delivering key technology to the stack.You will become an SME in our overall business to ensure that our data technology can support the needs of the business.You will enhance the Business Intelligence team's communication strategy by building an internal program for the Voice of the Customer.

You will stay current on all company product lines, competitive products, and new trends in Revenue reporting and technology.You will identify and build out the key reporting necessary to deliver on the team strategy and understand and share key performance indicators (KPIs) through ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportingTravel may be required (up to 10%).

Requirements

8+ years of experience with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Data Science.

3+ Years experience as a leader in Business Intelligence building out a Business Intelligence function

Passion for data-driven decisions and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.

Must have a positive attitudeEffective presenter including active listening

Display ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with multiple levels from executive to user.

High personal ethics

Previous experience with B2B Revenue Business Intelligence

Previous SaaS experience

Knowledge in building out Business Intelligence tech stack including data extraction, transformation, and data delivery tools.• Marketing CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua)
Sales CRM (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce)
Business Intelligence tools (Snowflake, Domo, Tableau, Qlik)
ERP (Netsuite, Intacct)
Integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Snowflake, Pendo, GainsightBS/MS• Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related experience.
