Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage capital improvement projects throughout an international leased facility portfolio from planning and scope development through execution and closeout
- Execute strategic facility improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency employee experience and long-term asset value
- Develop own and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets; track milestones and proactively mitigate risks
- Engage negotiate and manage architects engineers contractors and other vendors to ensure high-quality on-time delivery
- Review and approve project submittals change orders and payment requisitions with strong financial oversight
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align projects with business priorities
- Assist with the management and coordination of facility maintenance projects to ensure operational continuity
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management capital planning or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Construction Management Engineering or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets schedules and vendor performance
- Available to work outside of core business hours when needed to support vendor coordination and project execution
- Ability to travel occasionally including internationally to support expansion projects
- Upbeat and positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond
- Passion for fitness health and technology
- Ability to work in person four (4) days per week at the Boston HQ
