Senior Manager, Cash & Coaching

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of innovative, scalable solutions that enhance the impact of large-scale financial support programs. You will design and implement coaching models that complement cash-based interventions, leveraging digital tools and behavioral insights to maximize outcomes. Operating in a highly collaborative and mission-driven environment, you will work across global teams, external partners, and field programs. The role combines product strategy, experimentation, and operational execution to create cost-effective solutions that can reach millions. You will play a key role in redefining how support programs are delivered at scale, with a strong focus on efficiency, impact, and user-centered design. This is an entrepreneurial position with high ownership and real-world impact.

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable cash-plus-coaching initiatives
• Design and develop digital and hybrid coaching solutions, including chatbots, video content, and structured learning tools
• Translate behavioral science and coaching methodologies into practical, scalable product features
• Collaborate with country teams to pilot, test, and refine coaching interventions in real-world environments
• Build and manage partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and research institutions
• Oversee vendor performance, contracts, and project delivery from concept to rollout
• Drive rapid experimentation and iteration to validate impact and optimize program effectiveness
• Contribute to thought leadership, research collaboration, and external positioning in the sector

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of experience in economic inclusion, graduation programs, or cash-plus interventions
• Proven experience building or scaling digital coaching or learning products (e.g., chatbots, apps, or digital curricula)
• Strong understanding of behavioral science, coaching frameworks, and evidence-based program design
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, or international organizations
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French are a plus
• Bonus: experience with AI tools, digital platforms (e.g., messaging apps, IVR), or government partnerships
