Job Description

VideoAmp, Inc., the 100% successor-in-interest to Elsy, Inc. on all recruitment activities, seeks Senior Managers, Client Delivery in Larchmont, NY.

  • Oversee Analyst team to generate and leverage advanced analytics to deliver media investment insights in support of advertisers and agencies seeking to optimize complex portfolios of investments across paid media channels;
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring and training of Analyst support team to include Senior Analysts and Analysts, Client Delivery;
  • Manage onboarding, deployment and maintenance of client implementations;
  • Define and document platform implementation design to meet client objectives
  • Oversee the successful maintenance of data, media plans, plan actualization, tactics, and optimization scenarios within client instances
  • Manage ongoing campaign performance reporting and ad hoc analytics for managed services customers
  • Oversee Analyst support team to onboard client data into Elsy Datamart, define key brand characteristics, analyze client attribution outputs to calibrate Elsy planning algorithms;
  • Identify client KPIs, and leverage client and marketplace data to drive predictive statistical modeling activities, and perform quality assurance testing of forecasted results;
  • Produce analyses of client industry, profile target audiences and geographic locations,
  • Create and query analysis datasets using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python and Big Data tools such as Azure Data Studio
  • Analyze client attribution outputs, multi-touch attribution, brand-lift studies, novel and panel-based measurements to calibrate planning algorithms;
  • Use SQL and R programming languages to configure Elsy platform to reflect algorithmic results of data inputs and data-driven media investment recommendations for specific clients;
  • Analyze forecasted results; present findings involving big data to senior management;
  • Build and deliver meaningful mid- and end-of-campaign performance reports with actionable insights to increase sales, market share, and marketing ROI
  • Contribute to product development by compiling user feedback and testing new planning algorithms / features
  • Must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Business Analytics , Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and four (4) years of experience performing data science/analytics in the media and marketing industry;

Experience must include:

  • At least four (4) years’ experience with multi-touch attribution or marketing-mix modeling/econometrics, and using Microsoft Excel for vlookups, pivot tables and, macros;
  • At least four (4) years’ experience analyzing various marketing channels and metrics to identify KPIs, and uncovering insights from statistical modeling to support business decision making;
  • At least two (2) years of experience with SQL Server or similar SQL-based database and Tableau or similar data visualization tool.
