Agero is one of the biggest brands you’ve never heard of - and that’s by design. We are the white label company behind the world’s biggest insurance and auto brands assisting over 30,000 drivers every day when accidents and inconveniences happen to their vehicles. This is an exciting time for our Automotive vertical as the industry makes a transition to Electric Vehicles. Agero’s driver assistance programs from roadside to recalls require a dedicated client engagement manager to help build stronger and lasting relationships with our existing clients, while helping to attract new clients. You will work hand in hand with our Automotive sales/client services team and our product marketing team on acquisitions, renewals, and nurture campaigns. This position will be tasked with building marketing campaigns through a variety of tactics that result in a community of client brand advocates, clearly communicating the value of Agero’s services today and the services of tomorrow.

Key Outcomes Associated with the role:

  • Rewrite the script on the value of our services for the automotive industry
  • Play a pivotal role in the development of innovative, new content as Agero pioneers the next generation of driver support for electric vehicles
  • Develop a toolbox of client engagement materials that drives strategic engagement. 

What you will do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and strategies with a focus on our Automotive book of business, supporting various products and services.
  • Measure the success of your campaigns, and confidently present the findings and developments to team leaders.
  • Work with the product marketing team to educate prospective and existing clients about our products and services through mediums such as sales presentations, video, social media, landing pages and events.
  • Become an advocate for our brand and clearly articulate our value proposition for each client segment
  • Build a strong rapport with our Sales and Client Services teams, among others, and create tailored campaigns supporting acquisitions, renewals, upsell and cross sell opportunities, as well as at-risk relationships.
  • Work with Sales and Client Services to assist with event planning, execution, and discovery. 
  • Manage a library of up-to-date client materials including presentations, one pagers, custom success stories, etc.

  • Interpersonal skills to help nurture new and existing client relationships and often lead integration efforts cross-functionally across the organization

  • Curiosity and analytical skills to mine client data for insights 
  • Marketing economic know how to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create stronger brand affinity, and improve the client experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience in marketing or client services
  • Previous Customer Success, or Account Management experience is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms Hubspot and Salesforce. 
  • Proven Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Ability to write effective copy is a necessity; graphic design capabilities are a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2B2C marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • A natural storyteller - a sample presentation will be required
