Compensation Range: $120,000 to $140,000 base plus bonus and equity

What You’ll Do:Â
We’re looking for an experienced storyteller and team builder to lead our growing content team! This individual will oversee the strategy and execution of content across a variety of channels—and will play a key role in continuing to evolve and shape the Huntress brand.
In collaboration with virtually all of our go-to-market teams, this individual will craft compelling stories and create content that gets the right messages in front of the right audiences. They’ll also ensure we’re adopting a consistent and unified voice across all channels as we continue scaling.Â
Our ideal candidate is a player-coach who can support broad vision as well as day-to-day execution. This role reports to our Director of Brand & Content. Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Drive the strategy and production of content assets across a variety of digital and print channels
- Act as our lead editor, leveling up our content and enabling team members to more effectively embody the Huntress brand
- Support the growth of strategic content plays surrounding SEO, huntress.com, our blog and related efforts to increase awareness and drive traffic
- Measure and analyze content performance to capture insights that can help us grow engagement, provide more value to viewers and increase conversion
- Support the ongoing growth, adoption and maintenance of our writing and style guidelines (fair warning: we don’t like Oxford commas).Â
- Optimize content workflows, templates and repurposing efforts to maximize asset value
- Lead a team of 3-4 content marketers and copywriters with opportunities for continued expansion
What You Bring To The Team:Â Â
- A minimum of four years of content leadership, strategy and people management
- Experience across a variety of channels and formats (web, print, long-form, multimedia, etc.)
- Experience prioritizing, delegating and executing in deadline-driven environments
- Experience in a B2B software environment (major bonus points for cybersecurity exp)
