What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the Content Operations Team in working cross-functionally as well as externally to strategize on best claiming practices and content policies for a variety of deal types. You will play a significant part in working with our media partners, generating assets in our YouTube Content Management System, and ensuring that policies are accurate. This position will be a key part of our growth and success as we continue our mission to provide capital to creators.

  • Work with cross functional leads to determine post-close practices and recommend claiming strategies based on channel type
  • Provide support in building out Spotter’s Investment Content Policies & Guidelines
  • Establish a deeper understanding of YouTube's CMS
  • Generate assets and ingest reference files to match claim targeted videos acquired by the Company
  • Communicate clearly internally and externally to ensure a good post-close experience
  • Create YouTube policies that follow the rights outlined in agreements
  • Provide analysis and insights to stakeholders
  • Audit company catalog and take appropriate action
  • Manage and monitor potential third party match claims

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum 3 years experience in the YouTube CMS - YouTube Content ID Certification preferred
  • Excellent conceptual capabilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Strong skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and other G Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrates superior organizational skills and task management
  • Displays excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with internal departments and external partners to collaboratively solve challenges
  • Forward thinking and ambitious; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail oriented; focuses on tasks, and delivers quality results on schedule
  • Collaborative spirit and enjoys being part of a team
  • You are constantly thinking about iterating on our systems by asking "how can we do this better?”
