We are seeking an equally passionate Senior Manager of Contract Verification to help further our mission through excellent craftsmanship, customer service, and a team-focused approach.
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the operational activities of the Contract Verification team, ensuring that daily tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate work schedules to ensure consistent and complete coverage.
- Lead the team in reviewing and approving new contracts with customers, ensuring that they understand the details of the contract via phone communication. Address any customer inquiries related to the contract and/or product purchased.
- Validate and approve contracts (leases, loans) and related documentation for completeness submitted to Contract Verification by Sales across all markets. Ensure that all documents are in accordance with state, jurisdictional, and utility company requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between your teams and other internal departments, supporting them throughout the sales and installation process.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of lease and loan documents, and other legal documents including, but not limited to, successions/probate, wills, cash sale documents, and title reports.
- Oversee the accuracy of automatic payment forms and their appropriate processing.
- Oversee the efficiencies of coordination of Site Survey and Energy Efficiency scheduling, including rescheduling of projects.ย
- Regularly update Salesforce/Pulse and other software systems with customer information, to ensure customers progress through the installation process efficiently.
- Coordinate and assist in the execution of any special projects assigned to the Customer Communications and Document Compliance teams.
- Support the sales team to facilitate a smooth operational flow.
- Provide KPIs on performance, effectiveness, quality, and gaps through regular reporting
Education/Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and written skills.
- Analytical experience exporting key data and providing analysis is highly preferred
- Management proficiency with telephony/ call center suites such as Five9/RingCentral preferred
- Ability to review and manage a high volume of standardized contracts daily. Legal experience and/or exposure is highly beneficial.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM software is highly preferred.ย Experience with DrawLoop and DocuSign software is a plus.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe and related applications).
- Strong team player attitude, with the ability to inspire the same in others.
