What we are looking for: We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the creation, management, and execution of digital and print design solutions across various platforms, including websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and photography. The ideal candidate will be the keeper of our brand style guide, ensure that all designs are consistent with it, adhere to usability and web standards, and provide strategic guidance on the aesthetics for campaigns, projects, and promotional events. This role requires a proven ability to work with external vendors and manage internal client relationships effectively.

 Essential Job Functions[1]:

• Design and develop web and print materials, including marketing collateral, campaign materials, event assets, posters, and presentations.
• Conceptualize design ideas, create mockups and wireframes, and deliver visual designs with detailed specifications to internal clients.
• Manage timelines and relationships with external vendors, ensuring project requirements are met without compromising on the quality or creative vision.
• Collaborate closely with the Web team to enhance online presence through innovative designs for web pages, animations, logos, banners, and other digital elements.
• Coordinate with printers, photographers, writers, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality final products.
• Adapt and innovate in response to evolving brand guidelines and external design trends.
• Stay informed about external design influences and integrate them into marketing materials to maintain a fresh and dynamic digital presence.

Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred. 6-8 years of experience in graphic design/desktop publishing, ideally within the financial services sector.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in Graphic Design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Quark Express.
• Experience with front-end web design tools, such as Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, and knowledge of HTML, DHTML, CSS.
• Familiarity with XML, JavaScript, and AI technologies is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of print, branding, illustration, photography, typography, prepress, and printing processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects with diverse teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to multitask effectively.
• Creativity in blending design, functionality, and technology to produce compelling and informative content.
