In this opportunity within the Digital PACS & Care (DPC) organization, the Senior Manager, Crisis Operations, will join the new service line to implement calming, repeatable and trusted data-powered crisis operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our ambition forward – to get the right insights, at the right time, to the right people to facilitate mature business decision making.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Design efficient and repeatable crisis operations with user-focused thinking in partnership with Digital PACS & Care (DPC) team members and Corporate Communications partners 
  • Create and maintain crisis operations documentation for supporting digital communications, Brand PR, global events, social media moderation, etc. 
  • Implement and scale already proven crisis operations globally in each of our Operating Units (OU’s) 
  • Conduct frequent retrospectives to refine existing operations and identify new areas of opportunity for development 
  • Build TCCC crisis protocols for our networked organization that connects decision makers, functions, analysts and front-line communicators, achieving end-to-end crisis operations
  • Train, educate and inspire the TCCC system on crisis operations with an engaging and customized training program 
  • Continue evolving tools, ways of working and network operations to reflect improvements in each execution 

Position Details:

Hybrid work schedule - 2 days per week in person and 3 days virtual

Individual contributor role - no direct reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Looking for candidates with 5+ years of work experience, with high relevance to responsibilities of this role including experience designing and implementing successfully adopted operations; experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment partnering with internal and external colleagues; and ideally, experience in crisis and reputation management.  Also looking for:

  • Excellent and charismatic communication skills

  • Calm and unflappable demeanor in stressful and chaotic situations 
  • Dynamic networker who can develop strong relationships facilitating feedback, adoption and support

Pay Range:

$125,000 - $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
