Role Description:
Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Senior Manager, CRM Campaign Strategy to plan, execute, and optimize CRM lifecycle campaigns. This role will manage a team of campaign associates and partner cross-functionally to create connected digital journeys in email, SMS, direct mail, voice, etc. that support our on-going patient acquisition, engagement and retention efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ongoing development and optimization of CRM campaigns that support new patient growth, as well as current patient engagement and retention
- Identify opportunities to implement advanced CRM and direct marketing techniques, including dynamic content, triggered messaging, and personalization
- Develop a contact targeting strategy to optimize touchpoints across all CRM channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and voice
- Support strategy development for new personas and audience based capabilities (e.g. caregivers, insurance agents)
- Oversee design, development, and deployment of assets (emails, SMS, direct mail, forms, landing pages, etc)
- Monitor deliverability and campaign performance to proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues
- Develop performance reporting to inform stakeholders, generate insights, and recommend optimizations
- Manage and execute an A/B testing and experimentation plan to optimize messaging and cadence for prospect and patient communications
- Represent the CRM team as a subject matter expert on data-driven journey-based marketing
- Work closely with business owners to identify ways to improve direct marketing campaign performance and designs
- Other duties as assigned
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years experience in CRM campaign strategy and channel planning, preferably in healthcare
- Experience developing highly effective integrated CRM campaigns in a Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua)
- Well-rounded marketer with experience executing patient-centric journeys in email, SMS, and direct mail
- Deep understanding of customer analytics, database marketing, and developing test plans
- Passionate about improving the patient experience
- Familiar with inbound/outbound lead generation, lead scoring and routing strategies
- Track record of leading and developing a team
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SQL
- Knowledge of data privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, HIPAA
- Strong project management and communication skills
- US work authorization
