The Senior Manager of Customer Campaign Marketing will drive the coordinated marketing strategies and programs for full funnel customer-based campaigns. You will have a tight pulse on our global customer base, work to elevate the voice of these customers, and encourage engagement of our customer advocate base.
This role will build, lead, and complete the marketing strategy and messaging for the customer campaign program, while providing building blocks for product-specific collaborator teams to activate and use the campaign strategy and content across their lifecycle marketing channels.
This role also encompasses the creation and evangelism through customer stories, video content creation, webinars, and speaking opportunities at major industry events. Including cross-Digital Media products, including Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Adobe Stock, Substance and Frame.
You will work closely with the Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams globally, identifying references, building strong relationships with these customers at all levels including executive, driving conversations that identify key business information and results for content material creation and marketing deployment.
You will capture customer insights through research studies, enable sales to use customer feedback and data to create and optimize customer programs, identify problems, and implement strategies to accelerate growth of retention and advocates for both public and within community voice. This includes leading the design and development of customer boards and roundtables.
Success in this role requires developing an understanding of product positioning, sales process, customer perceptions and considerations, as well as the competitive landscape, and using this knowledge to lead reference requirements, priorities, messages and content development.
What you'll do
- Develop customer advocacy lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys based off strategic priorities to drive retention, education, and advocacy, within our existing customer base.
- Build a strong portfolio of customer success stories and content that fulfills the requirements of Digital Media collaborators to be used by marketing to create customer assets including written case studies (blogs, infographics, quotable), sales materials, customer videos, etc.
- Lead customer reference program to identify, recruit, and match customer advocates and insights that can be used internally and externally to support the sales cycle, marketing activities, analyst relations, and strategic partnerships.
- Lead the customer speaking engagement strategy, including key flagship Adobe events such as Adobe MAX and Adobe Summit.
- Builds Customer Insights programs, including research studies, Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), and Roundtables.
- Lead strategic roadmap development, editorial programming, design, campaign execution, test and learn agenda, program optimizations, and value measurement across campaigns and lifecycle programs.
- Effectively communicate customer engagement strategies and performance to the broader digital marketing team, to cross-functional partners, and to leadership. Develop customized dashboards and reports as needed.
- Work with in-house and agency resources to produce engaging content for multi-channel campaigns that may include email, display ads, video, digital, webinars, workshops, conferences, and more.

- Provide measurement reports on the efficiency and status of the program to key collaborators through executive leadership.
- Consistent record in marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years working in marketing
- Organized, bold, and high-energy performer that can adopt and navigate a fast-paced, ever-shifting environment with a positive demeanor
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships both internally and externally, quickly establishing trust and credibility, particularly with senior executives in large strategic customer accounts
- Strong project management skills including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
- Confident communicator who can communicate priorities and ideas as well as influence across partners and organizations.
- Problem solver who is proactive, analytical, and innovative.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing, business or a related field
