The Senior Manager Customer Campaigns is responsible for creating engaging cross-sell and upsell campaigns focused on pipeline generation that will result in retained and expanded customers for Quadient software solutions.
The Senior Manager Customer Campaigns works closely with the Customer Solution teams, the global marketing team (corporate, marketing operations, strategic), the demand generation teams for other Quadient solutions, and the regional demand generation teams in North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM. This role reports to the Global VP Demand Generation.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Customer Solutions Team, demand generation teams for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and Mail-related solutions, regional demand generation teams, and sales leaders to develop programs to generate demand within Quadient's existing customer base for Customer Experience Management and Intelligent Document Automation solutions.
- Defining a common campaign structure and elements to be used across the Demand Generation organization
- Creating and executing ABM campaigns in the Enterprise customer base focused on Cross-selling in close collaboration with the relevant sales teams.
- Documenting responsibilities of various functions during campaign planning and execution lifecycle
- Coordinating with key functions as they fulfill the programs that comprise a campaign (reputation, demand creation, sales enablement).
- Working with marketing operations to measure campaign performance and with business leaders to optimize
Required Skills & Expertise
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications and/or campaign program management with a demand generation focus
- Able to conceptualize and develop global campaigns with the reflection of regional needs
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- Have proven experience in managing B2B campaigns.
- Understand current marketing trends.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
- Graduate degree
- Experience in working within the Agile Methodology is a plus
- Prior experience with technologies including Salesforce.com, Drift, 6Sense, Allocadia, Bynder, and marketing automation solutions such as Eloqua, Hubspot, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.
