Why this role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Experience Enablement to join our team to create high-impact learning paths and outcomes across our customer experience teams. This is an exciting role for a forward-thinking senior enablement leader with experience driving business impact through strategic learning & development initiatives. You will partner and build meaningful relationships with senior Customer Experience leaders and subject matter experts across the business, mapping meaningful onboarding and ongoing learning solutions to key business opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in amplifying every Evolver’s potential and leading our Customer Experience learning strategy.
What you’ll do
- Coach and lead a growing team of learning professionals, including trainers/facilitators
- Lead role-specific onboarding efforts across our rapidly growing Customer Experience teams as a collaborative partner to each business unit
- Conduct business needs analysis with senior Customer Experience leaders to inform and execute key learning and ongoing education initiatives
- Lead end-to-end development of performance initiatives that enhance knowledge, improve skills, elevate engagement, and establish new abilities that lead to lasting behavioral change and positive business outcomes
- Partner with the business to prioritize annual initiatives to achieve stated/agreed impact
- Partner with subject matter experts for the creation of high-impact solutions where education is a key solution component
- Effectively consult and manage stakeholders (mgr/sr. mgr level) by communicating in a clear, concise, persuasive manner on proposed solutions, tied back to business needs
- Set, measure and report on business impact of key performance initiatives
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years of Customer Experience Enablement, Performance Consulting or Learning and Facilitation experience within a similar role
- 3+ years previous leadership experience
- Proven success designing and executing high-impact learning initiatives tied to business results
- Experience building learning and enablement programs for sales and customer experience teams
- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LMS, coaching and content management systems
- Knowledge of content capturing programs and applications that make developing training more efficient
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
LocationÂ
Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania.Â
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $136,000 to $156,000 depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
