Join the award winning impact.com marketing team! As the leader of our customer marketing program, you are responsible for engaging our clients, understanding their pain points, sharing news, product updates, holding customer advisory boards and more. This new role will set the pace for customer marketing globally, and build out programs designed to reach and engage our brand clients
What you will be doing:
- Become a trusted partner to our top clients, and to our internal teams such as sales and customer success
- Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer engagement and upsells
- Work across the marketing and customer teams to deliver a 360 plan with content, PR, events, social media, web and more, as the subject matter expert and leader of the program to drive results
- Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to review activity, pipeline, results, resolve challenges, and brainstorm possible solutions.
- Manage ROI on Customer Marketing activities

- 9+ years of experience
- Strong Marketing skills and customer marketing experience
- Hungry, humble and smart
- Experience working in matrixed organizations
- Experience building a program from the ground up
- Expert writer and all around communicator and comfortable working with executive stakeholders from around the world
- Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
- Free Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA (nice to have)

Salary range: $110,000-$130,000 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance.
