A little about the role…
The Sr. Manager/Director, Customer Marketing understands that business needs change – and you adapt to meet those needs. You are a strategic and analytical thinker who is passionate about driving business growth through creating customer advocates. This person takes a very customer-focused approach to help our brand keep our competitive edge through various marketing methods.
What You’ll Do
- Building out an advocacy program, promoting our customers’ best practices and sharing their stories through PR, case studies and webinars
- Creating content that showcases our customers' successes
- Overseeing customer speaker recruitment and management, utilizing Pendo and additional outreach
- Managing a customer newsletter and supporting other customer communications, including In-App messaging
- Building relationships with customers to increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and payment processing attachment rates
- Supporting the execution of integrated customer communication programs across a variety of channels such as email, website, webinars, events, social media and more
- Leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimizing programs to drive growth
- Conducting A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns
- Marketing automation platforms (Oracle/Eloqua, Adobe/Marketo or Salesforce/Pardot)
- Creating campaigns and reports in Salesforce.com
- Working collaboratively across teams, including product, support, implementations, and account teams
- Analyze churn and retention data to determine customer outreach programs
- Understands Procare customer segments to determine target growth programs
- Involvement in customer user groups and advisory boards
- Support the End-of-Life migrations for Procare acquisitions
Requirements
Our Ideal Candidate will have…
- 3-7 years in customer marketing or demand generation
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, or business
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with B2B marketing tools such as Pardot, Marketo, or Oracle/Eloqua
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Familiarity with In-App tools (Pendo)
- Experience in growing a successful customer marketing or advocacy programs
- Interpersonal skills to help nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams
- Great energy, attention to detail and project management abilities
- Demonstrated success in effectively partnering with Support, Sales, Product and other internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative to drive change
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; ability to use data and insights to drive future business decisions

Salary
$90k-$120k DOE
Location
This position can be based in any of our Procare Offices or fully remote. We are currently in a flexible hybrid in-office/remote working model based on local COVID-19 health regulations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver office a few days a week.Date Posted
