Position:               Senior Manager Customer Success

Rate of Pay:          $235,934/year - $271,000/year

Hours:                  Full Time; Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

Job Duties:

As Senior Manager Customer Success, manage a team of five (5) to eight (8) business partners with responsibility for renewals, expands, enablement, and adoption of the Anaplan platform. Have industry-specific knowledge to support one or several key industry verticals, including but not limited to, Financial Services, Media/Telecommunications, Technology, Life Sciences, and Public Sector. Apply functional knowledge of business planning across Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain or Workforce is required. Responsible for talent development of the team and the oversight and execution of internal and customer facing initiatives that will drive revenue growth. Remote work is permissible. Up to 25% travel required.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Five (5) years of experience must include:

  • Technical understanding of the Anaplan platform or another related multi-dimensional business planning technology;
  • Technical understanding of other enterprise technologies and processes, including integration, security, cloud platforms, and system design;
  • Expert ability to influence stakeholders, develop account and success plans, and execute complex business strategies that result in multi-million dollar revenue transactions and delivers $10+ million in customer business value;
  • Delivering best in class methodologies to support enterprise business planning;
  • Guiding the design of complex business processes in FP&A, SPM, Workforce Planning, and Supply Chain;
  • Leading data integration strategy by leveraging common ETL capabilities and Anaplan native capabilities across enterprise and cloud technologies; and
  • Providing advisory services related to business process improvement and optimization across functional areas within a global enterprise.
