About the Role:

Unite Us is hiring a motivated Senior Manager, Customer Success with strong leadership skills and a passion for health and social care. The Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for building a  programs-based strategy and team to manage our customer relationships by segment and persona. This role requires someone with an operational and strategic mindset, who is customer and team-oriented and has the ability to thrive in a high growth and fast-paced company environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Contribute to a roadmap of one-to-many programs that proactively guide customers through the Unite Us customer journey
  • Build targeted nurture campaigns to effectively drive adoption, maturity, and expansion across different customer segments and personas
  • Hire, train and manage a team of Customer Success Managers who can help support the Scale team’s efforts
  • Develop new channels and strategies to reach customers at scale
  • Analyze segments to gain a deep understanding of our customer base and report on trends, including identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Data teams
  • Build innovative processes and tools to support effective delivery and trackable programs.
  • Experiment with new ideas and tracking results through A/B testing

  • At least 4 years in a business, public health, or social services environment
  • Experience in people management & a commitment to leadership development 
  • Demonstrated partnerships with large clients and proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects and implementations with confidence
  • Self-starter motivation with strong organizational and time management skills – you make things happen!
  • Analytical ability to leverage data to drive creative decisions and recommendations
  • Proven track record scalable adoption strategies driving results
  • A growth mindset and actively contribute to the culture, process, and procedure of the team

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • This position is remote, U.S. based
  • The target pay range for this role is: $100,000 - 115,000 ***This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges, including certain localities in Colorado.
  • This position may require 10% travel
  • This position requires software access level C
  • All team members in departments that must be available for in person meetings (currently Customer Success, Networks & Sales) must submit proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster, or receive an approved accommodation. Accommodations will be reviewed and approved on an individual basis.
