The Role
Are you passionate about making data-driven decisions to drive growth, profitability and enhancing customer experience? In this role, you will play a critical role in building the "Test & Learn" environment that supports the organization's strategic business decisions by partnering to deepen Adobe Target and Personalization capability adoption within the organization; making it a scalable process to reduce cycle time of experimentation and enhance speed-to-market.
- Create A/B testing framework across multiple digital apps, email and mobile to enhance customer experience
- Provide consultation and recommendation to product and marketing teams to improve better engagement, increase completion rates of digital transactions and drive higher digital channel adoption
- Develop domain knowledge to support our client facing associates and clients directly in matters around Personalization
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters Degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in a Data and Analytics role with exposure to IT and business partners
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Target and its functionalities including: Conceptualization of experiment per business need, Ability to set up form-based A/B tests, Multivariate tests, Visual Experience Composer, Experience Targeting tests and Automated Personalization algorithms
- Deep understanding of using Profile scripts, custom audience targeting options in Target and setting up mutually exclusive tests
- Ability to do data driven analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for Digital and Non-Digital experiences and identifying appropriate success metrics (Call-to-Action)
- Good understanding of experience de-bugging tools like Omnibug, & Experience Cloud debugger
- Hands on experience using tools and technologies such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Tableau and Alteryx
- Strong working knowledge of relational databases including experience with web interaction data
- Solid understanding of A/B testing techniques, Design of Experiments, Measurement and Recommendation
- Good understanding of predictive model outputs and its implementation plans
- Experience aligning and working across various business units and channels
- Experience in creative, cross-functional collaboration and development activities
- Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills, and the ability to present complex data and outcomes in a simple and clear way
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications
The Team
You will be part of Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) team responsible for ensuring Data, Analytics and Measurement aspects of personalization are unified across our Marketing, Product and IT partners. You will understand business partners' experimentation and analytical needs and convert into appropriate experiment designs to test hypotheses on multiple channels. You will be responsible for coordination and leadership of the various groups to agree upon a common roadmap, process and implementation plan to drive seamless customer experience across channels. As part of this role, you will report into Chapter Leader of WI Go-to-Market & Experimentation and will be embedded in a personalization continuous delivery team focused on driving experimentation initiatives in WI.
