Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights
The Team
As a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team this person will be focused on bringing deep data expertise to support B2C marketing initiatives. These initiatives will drive awareness, engagement, and consideration for Fidelity Workplace Investing (WI) across a diverse array of solutions and segments. You will partner to build cross-functional relationships with business and analytics colleagues. You will build data strategies that will identify the target audience, create benchmarks, define KPIs, harness models, measure efficacy, analyze digital behavior and identify ways to optimize key initiatives across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
The Expertise You Have
- Working experience in Digital Marketing Analytics
- Working experience with SQL to create, manipulate and concatenate large datasets
- Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
- Working experience with Tableau or equivalent data visualization tool
- Working experience with Intermediate Python (Pandas) and/or R, a plus
- Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting presentations that convey the data narrative
- Understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM), a plus
- Understanding of Journey Builder and Marketing Automation, a plus
- Financial industry experience, a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, or another quantitative field

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
