 As a Senior Manager, Data and Analytics, you will: 

  • Collaborate with leaders and partners across business, analytics, and technical teams to deliver data  and analytics solutions
  • Partner with engineering and technology teams in designing and building world class data and self service analytics infrastructure.
  • You'll define the analytics strategy including  customer 360 and champion that strategy across the business in order to build consensus for data-driven decision making
  • You'll also own the data analytics team, planning and leading all aspects of the work, and crafting an engaging environment where team members can thrive
  • Building business cases and translating findings into practical business implications
  • Driving the adoption of analytics in decision making
  • Build and Lead  a strong internal data analytics team to support the business

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in analytics, engineering, quantitative field with 7+ years proven track record in data and analytics role, 3+ years in manager role
  • Experience in conducting requirements gathering sessions with business partners and produce a detailed and compelling picture of the business need
  • Experience in creating product strategies, roadmaps and articulating business value
  • Strong understanding of data analysis domain
  • An analytical approach and versatile set of business analysis, data analysis, analytic and technical skills to generate a deeper understanding of our customers and GTM strategy
  • The ability to engage effectively with the technical teams and contribute to design of robust solution designs to address business and customer needs
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including with remote teams, both on and offshore, and are naturally collaborative
  • Intellectual curiosity, take initiative, and love learning new skills and shares that knowledge with others
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to create relevant content for diverse target audience
  • Experience in data analysis and data visualization using SQL, Tableau, Snowflake; understanding of data tools and technologies like Fivetran, DBT

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado. Colorado range: $178,000 - $268,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus.


Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $198,000 - $297,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus. 
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $198,000 - $297,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus. 
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $198,000 - $297,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus.
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $178,000 - $268,000 base salary inclusive of guaranteed bonus. 
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
