Senior Manager, Data Operations

The Senior Manager, Data Operations supports the Data Insights & Scientific Strategy department in successfully collecting and leveraging a wide variety of data from different sources, as part of Iterative Health’s international expansion.

What you'll be doing:

• Data Management & Analysis 
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of analyzing complex datasets from different sources to identify trends and patterns. 
  • Formulate statistical or simulation models to define operational problems and evaluate risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Leverage real-world data to generate evidence regarding the effectiveness and performance of Iterative’s products and services, and make recommendations to improve them across all regions and markets. 
  • Work with Medical Affairs specialists, Scientific Advisory Board members, and Product Managers to map and prioritize potential new developments based on  data insights. 
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for decision-makers at all levels of the business. 
• Data Privacy 
  • Map key European privacy protection requirements and adapt our data collection and management processes to be GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliant. 
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure security safeguards are appropriately in place to handle protected health information and prevent data breaches across all locations. 
  • Understand appropriate data standards for product submission and licensing from local FDA counterparts in target markets. 
• Team Management 
  • Lead and coach a team that includes one Data Operations Specialist, one Data  Analyst II, two Project Analysts II & three Project Analysts I.
  • Ensure that high-quality analysis is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Track team performance against monthly and quarterly targets.

Required skills:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Intelligence, Data Science or similar discipline (or foreign equivalent)
• 5 years' experience as a Business Consultant or Data Analyst  
• Experience in data analytics, working with analytical tools such as Excel
• Experience in data visualization and interpretation, using communications tools such as PowerPoint

Applicant note: Iterative Health is running a 3 month return to office pilot for any employee within a 45 minute commute of our Cambridge, MA; Dallas, TX; or New York City offices. If you are hired for a role, and live within a 45 minute commute of one of those office locations, you will be asked to report to the office twice per week. Exceptions to this pilot will be made as necessary.
