Brightree Data Services serves Home Medical Equipment providers to help them efficiently manage, and optimize to effectively supply their patients with critical medical supplies. We are transforming the way millions of patients, their physicians, payers and providers interact to improve health outcomes for patients and the financial stability of the U.S. healthcare system. The Senior Manager of Data Services will lead a highly motivated and thriving team of data analyst team members to focus on employee engagement, organizational collaboration, and financial objectives. The Senior Manager will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking ability, strong professional verbal and written communication skills, and analysis abilities.

Let's talk about Responsibilities

  • Provide people leadership to the Data Services team including hiring, training, and developing top talent; will need to manage remote team members successfully
  • Give direction to team members for better defined process improvements, conversion methodology and training initiatives based on experience, knowledge, and technical skills in regard to data manipulation
  • Escalation point for customers and project risks and issues
  • Resource scheduling, revenue forecasting and capacity planning using PSA tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet row and internal reports
  • Work independently as a business manager providing strategic input to develop and grow the talent of the data services staff
  • Provide monthly Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to Sr. Director of Data Services to drive continual process improvement.

Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Plan, and Excel) and Salesforce
  • Ability to both drive change, while also collaborating effectively with a variety of individuals and departments.
  • Proven customer focused project and/or process management skills with excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross functional teams throughout the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing process improvements in software implementations with measurable positive outcomes

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • PMP, or CSM certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Deep Salesforce.com experience
  • Smartsheet knowledge and experience

Technical/ professional qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years managing technical resources
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server (ANSI SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with ETL, API and Web-Services technologies
  • Professional Service management experience, a plus
  • Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment with the ability to drive team with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional consultative and communication skills with a keen attention to detail while handling multiple priorities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and drive change
