Senior Manager, Data & Technology - Finance

About the Role:

As Senior Manager Data & Technology - Finance, you will partner with our finance, business operations and accounting teams. You will work closely with financial experts to develop an enviable suite of metrics, exploratory analyses, automation tools, and dashboards; all supported by robust data pipelines that scale with our continually expanding service. You will also have the opportunity to build end to end solutions to evolve and up-level decision making as well as enable external financial reporting to Wall Street. This role will work closely with all levels of the business including our CFO regarding operations, outlook and reporting. This role will be key to scaling the operations at Tubi and will have the challenge to provide and maintain excellent data availability and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Build & lead a team of talented Analysts & Business Intelligence developers
• Build & maintain all data tools and data models pertaining to Finance, Business Operations, Content Licensing and Publisher Reporting / Earnings
• Act as the primary partner between Data & Technology teams, Accounting, Finance, Legal and Content Acquisition teams
• Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Manage roadmap of new projects and improvements to existing dashboards and data models

Your Background:

• 3+ years of experience in a Data or Technical leadership role
• 3+ years of experience with data wrangling using SQL or python 
• 2+ years conducting complex analysis/reporting using SQL or other data visualization tools (Periscope, Tableau, etc) 
• DBT or ETL or Data Pipeline experience is a plus 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of financial terminology a plus

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $157,000.00- $192,000.00 annually for Colorado.  This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive plan, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.  Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. 

This job cannot be performed in NYC or Westchester County, NY.
