This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, marketing strategy, and client leadership, focused on driving measurable performance improvements across large-scale customer acquisition programs. You will work closely with enterprise clients to design and guide data-driven marketing strategies that directly influence growth, retention, and ROI. Operating within a fast-paced, AI-powered marketing environment, you will translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations that shape campaign direction and business decisions. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, statistical expertise, and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sales, and client success to ensure analytics is embedded across all stages of execution. This is a highly client-facing position where your insights will directly impact marketing effectiveness at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and lead analytics strategy across client engagements, ensuring alignment with performance marketing, media measurement, and acquisition objectives
  • Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks tailored to client goals and business KPIs
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, identifying performance drivers, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Design, execute, and scale experimentation frameworks including A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities in customer behavior and retention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance dashboards, reporting systems, and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and external clients in a clear, persuasive, and actionable manner
  • Support marketing ROI measurement and ensure analytical rigor in evaluating campaign performance
  • Requirements:

    • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Management Science, MIS, or a related quantitative field
    • 8+ years of experience in analytics, marketing measurement, or campaign optimization, ideally with strong exposure to email or digital marketing
    • Strong expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and advanced analytics methodologies
    • Experience with BI tools and modern analytics platforms
    • Proven ability to design and scale experimentation frameworks in digital environments
    • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data for executive and client audiences
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a highly analytical mindset
