Position Summary

This position will be responsible for leading the deployment of company-wide DE&I programs. The person will operationalize program initiatives, helping us progress our DE&I maturity with an overarching goal to integrate DE&I into all aspects of the organization. Collaborate with DE&I Strategy, DE&I Advisory Council, and stakeholder teams to implement best practices into our initiatives for scale and to maximize impact.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to operationalize DE&I program initiatives in collaboration with stakeholder teams. Create and implement processes in support of DE&I policies and guidelines. Track adoption, adherence, and progress.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with key DE&I external consultants to ensure we leverage full member benefits. Set partner goals, establish and manage vendor scorecard, and track results.
  • Oversee and manage DE&I learning curriculum including content development, facilitation, program delivery, survey results, leadership reports, and recommendations/action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Lead DE&I advisor for Talent Acquisition diversity initiatives to support hiring/recruitment practices. Support external recruiting events, panels, and communication to build out our diverse candidate pool. Will be the lead representative to operationalize new partnership with the OneTen organization.
  • Monitor program KPIs to ensure progress and continued alignment of DE&I goals and strategic direction. Compile, track, and synthesize relevant metrics to identify trends, and formulate data-driven DE&I practices.
  • Manage initiatives prioritization and budget allocation for maximum impact.


Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8yrs of corporate professional experience and of that at least 2+yrs DE&I or ERG experience
  • Bachelor's Degree, Diversity & Inclusion Management Certificate
  • DE&I leadership acumen, experienced deploying DE&I best practices
  • Experienced in ops and project management and leading cross functional teams
  • Experienced with key Human Resources practices, employee lifecycle, change management, and org culture transformation
  • Prior people management experience and ability to guide/develop others
