The pay for this position begins at $86,100 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Our comprehensive compensation includes salary, benefits, and an annual bonus.

The Director of DEI Programs and Engagement is responsible for supporting teams and leaders in the achievement of their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals by bringing expertise and innovative ideas related to the changing nature of work that creates engagement while driving high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and implement employee engagement programs and events which build culture, community, purpose, and belonging.
- Develop and execute company-wide strategy and roadmap of programs and initiatives designed to enhance DEI, culture, engagement, and employee experience.
- Leverage relevant tools and resources to plan, monitor, and measure progress of employee engagement and culture.
- Establish and execute the strategy for gathering employee feedback, analyzing, and translating results into actionable insights.
- In partnership with the business, collaborate with HR to establish DEI targets that drive action and accountability for diverse representation objectives.
- Provides metrics to support efforts and engagement by markets, teams and L10 accountability.
- Works collaboratively with the Communication Team to enhance and keep current the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) content on intranet and other internal social media, by proposing new content, newsfeeds and educational opportunities.
- Completes and submits local and national Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) surveys as well as award application entries.
- Create data driven (quantitative) approach to facilitating company-wide action planning in response to employee feedback.
- In collaboration with the Chief DEI Officer, coordinates organizational DEI related events to include external executive level speakers, trainings, etc.
- Represent DEI by serving on various committees, attending related meetings and activities, as necessary
- May perform other duties as assigned
Characteristics of a successful candidate
Experience and Skills
- Begin entering information here
- Experience in managing DEI programs, leading employee engagement events from strategy to execution, organizational development, or learning and development required.
- Three plus (3+) years of progressive experience in developing solutions and implementing DEI strategies with focus on cross-cultural resource efforts with diverse constituencies required.
- Minimum of 3 years with communications or marketing experience preferred.
- Ability to lead initiatives and programs with influence across an organization and within teams preferred.
- Ability to work effectively and cohesively with people at all levels of an organization preferred.
- Must be culturally competent, self-motivated, self-managed, with little supervision needed.
- Experience with creating innovative presentations and excellent writing skills.
- Proficient in technology use (MS Office).
- Expert in communications/marketing tools such as CANVA, Adobe.
- Expert in creating presentations through PowerPoint.
- Requires up to 50% travel
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education and experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of managing a team
