Job Description

Team: Business Development

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Delivery Partnerships based in India.

You will take ownership of building and scaling a strategic delivery partnerships function focused on strengthening how organizations achieve security, compliance, and trust outcomes. This is a foundational leadership role where you will design the partner ecosystem that supports customer success across audit, risk, privacy, and security domains. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across professional services firms, building long-term relationships that directly influence revenue growth and customer outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of partnerships, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise ecosystem development. You will define how delivery partners integrate into the customer journey and ensure they operate as a seamless extension of internal teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to build a greenfield function with significant visibility and ownership.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and execute multi-year delivery partnership strategies that strengthen customer outcomes while driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, ensuring appropriate governance around independence and conflict-of-interest requirements.
  • Establish and manage executive-level relationships with audit firms, security advisory practices, VAPT providers, vCISO organizations, and compliance/legal service partners.
  • Design and govern structured partner programs, including joint go-to-market initiatives, enablement frameworks, co-marketing activities, and business review cadences.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and customer success teams to accelerate partner-led pipeline and improve customer delivery outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a scalable portfolio of delivery partners mapped across compliance frameworks, industries, and customer segments.
  • Ensure partner governance standards covering independence, transparency, quality assurance, and escalation processes are consistently applied and enforced.
  • Identify new joint offerings and use cases with partners to expand market reach across compliance, risk, and trust domains.
  • Oversee commercial alignment and execution across internal teams and partner organizations to improve deal velocity and revenue performance.
  • Monitor partner performance, capacity, and quality standards to ensure scalable delivery coverage and prevent constraints on business growth.
  • Requirements

    • 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or commercial roles, preferably within SaaS, cloud, security, or compliance ecosystems.
    • Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs or ecosystems, rather than only managing existing relationships.
    • Strong experience engaging with senior stakeholders in professional services firms such as audit, advisory, VAPT, or compliance/legal organizations.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in complex B2B environments.
    • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, including ability to structure joint business plans and measure performance outcomes.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams in fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with compliance, security, or GRC domains is highly desirable.
    • Comfort working in greenfield environments, building structure, processes, and scalable systems from the ground up.
    • Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or tools for commercial or operational optimization is a plus.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive compensation package with performance-linked incentives.
      • Fully remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere.
      • Unlimited leave policy to support rest and work-life balance.
      • Annual learning and development budget to support continuous growth.
      • Co-working space reimbursement allowance for flexible work preferences.
      • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and family, along with accident and life insurance protection.
      • One-time workspace setup budget to build an optimal home office environment.
      • Opportunity to build and lead a high-impact, global partnerships function from the ground up.
