Are you a strategic and influential leader in demand generation? Daxko is looking for a talented Senior Manager, Demand Generation to play a pivotal role in our remote Marketing Team. As a key driver of our SMB Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, you'll guide a dynamic cross-functional team, including marketing specialists and Business Development Representatives (BDRs), toward shared marketing and sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Seven or more years of demand generation experience, with leadership in B2B contexts.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and marketing analytics.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Proven collaboration across marketing, sales, and success organizations.
- Strong project management skills, optimizing budget and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, aligning cross-functional teams and effectively managing up.
- Ability to interpret data analytics for informed marketing strategies and performance reporting.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a collaborative team to execute a unified GTM plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns that captivate our target audience.
- Be the go-to expert for demand delivery strategies, from campaign briefs to BDR playbooks.
- Act as a bridge between the marketing team and executive leadership, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research with Product Marketing to refine buyer personas and campaign messaging.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and leverage the latest technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage resources and budgets strategically for maximum impact and ROI.
