Anaplan is looking for a SENIOR MANAGER, DEMAND GENERATION to join the Demand Generation team. In this role you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that build and cultivate leads across events, email, paid media/search/retargeting, content syndication and collaborative marketing with partners.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation and you will work closely with cross-functional teams, crafting, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.

This position will lead our Industry marketing programs with a focus on Financial and Business Services. Working closely with the industry SME, you will need a deep understanding of industry struggles and how to connect with decision-makers within these verticals in order to drive engagement and conversion.

Your Impact
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant important metrics, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue
  • Crafting impactful content syndication, nurture and cross-channel programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • While working along side the Senior Director, Demand Generation y, together you will do both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of budget, vendor selection and contracts as needed
  • Operating globally to ensure our AMER, EMEA and APAC teams are well supported
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Experience with Financial or business services is a plus
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail is a requirement
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Workfront a plus
  • Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, continual evolving environment
  • Collaborative, flexible and has a growth mindset that not only values what gets done but how the work gets done Ability to get things done in matrixed environment with multiple partners at all levels
