Bill is seeking a Sr. Manager of Demand Generation to take responsibility for managing and executing integrated campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with marketing channel leaders and direct sales teams. The successful candidate will design multi-channel go-to-market strategies, craft enticing offers, plan events, and implement programs to drive qualified leads through the sales funnel. This role will work closely with teams across the organization to execute end-to-end campaigns that drive pipeline growth, increase closed business, and enhance platform utilization. The Sr. Manager of Demand Generation will own the outcomes of their sales segment, being accountable for hitting monthly and quarterly targets.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience, ideally involving enterprise demand generation with exposure to SaaS.
  • Experience building and scaling pipelines for mid-market to enterprise SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) at scale: this includes experience with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Zoominfo for building targeted lists, utilizing content assets and programs for nurturing leads, and coordinating with teams to execute campaigns.
  • Proven experience in executing integrated campaigns, managing asset development projects, and working cross-functionally to execute across channels such as digital, email, paid media, website, events, and direct mail.
  • History of successful collaboration with sales teams and marketing operations to ensure effective lead flow and tracking, as well as appropriate prioritization and enablement for effective follow-ups on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in collecting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer insights.
  • An undergraduate degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Growth-oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Innovative thinker with a bias towards action.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed to meet established goals.
  • Excellent written skills and high articulacy.
  • Ability to lead and inspire others, both within and outside of direct reporting relationships.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and ABM tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense.
