About the Role:
As the Senior Manager, Digital Client Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Chanel's Omni-Channel strategy by designing and implementing compelling client experiences and efficient employee tools. You will be a member of the Tech Digital Client Experience team, focusing on curating exceptional client interactions across digital touchpoints, while also driving operational efficiencies through the digital transformation of boutique processes.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
- Develop roadmaps for Assisted Selling, Fulfillment, and Reserve Book based on critical business requirements. Leading the evolution and enhancement of these digital platforms through continuous product improvements.
- Work closely with boutique and business teams to analyze, design, and implement efficient solutions that aide client advisors and operational staff.
- Align business expectations with the capabilities of digital applications.
- Develop a proactive testing strategy for digital applications in partnership with the QA team.
- Lead the evolution and enhancement of existing digital platforms through continuous product improvements.

- Forge and sustain cross-functional relationships for successful product and service delivery.
- Report on essential performance indicators, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of future technologies and their potential integration into Chanel's digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate across digital pillars to harmonize application ecosystems and roadmaps.
Position Logistics:
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in Retail, Digital, Product Management, Inventory Management, or Planning.
- At least 2 years of experience in technology and business change management.
- Experience with managed products or services is essential.
- Luxury retail and/or brand experience is preferred.
- Based in New York with a minimal travel requirement of 5%.
- Hybrid position with 3 days onsite required.

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 through $160,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] include additional compensation, benefits and perks.
- Base salary, bonus potential and other forms of variable pay [may/will be] offered for this position
