TITLE: Senior Manager, Digital Marketing

LOCATION: New York, NY (Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the work site)

DUTIES: Oversee email, SMS, digital marketing calendar. Plan A/B testing strategy and segmentation strategy to optimize email performance and improve personalization. Plan A/B testing strategy and segmentation strategy to optimize other digital channels. Collaborate with cross functional teams like e-commerce, creative, merchandising to create wireframe briefs for marketing emails. Stay on current trends, competitive analysis, and act as email evangelist to help teams on email best practices. In partnership with Paid Media SME, provide guidance to the external agency for key channels including paid search, display, social media and affiliates. Analyze campaign performance by channel and across channels. Ensure ongoing optimization of digital marketing channels and drive YoY growth and healthy ROI. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on KPI's as well as creation of standard ad hoc reports to support the growing needs of the channel. Support growth of individual team members through on hands one-on-one trainings, group trainings, individual mentorship, and career development & planning. Overall email and digital marketing SME project (Custora replacement project, Backorder project, new email or digital agency vendor, etc.). Position manages four (4) direct reports and two (2) indirect reports - Direct: Associate Manager of Email Marketing, Associate Manager of Digital Marketing, Assistant Manager of Email Marketing, Manager of Digital Marketing; Indirect: two (2) Coordinators of Digital Marketing.

REQTS: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Administration or a related field plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered, or as a Digital Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Associate Manager, Online Marketing Analyst, or a related position. Must have two (2) years of experience with all of the following: Working in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry; Email platforms including Epsilon People Cloud Messaging, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SMS platforms including Vibes; Using HTML and CSS to modify/update existing templates and troubleshoot issues; Developing and managing customer segmentation groups, AB tests/experiments, and running statistical analysis across paid media, email or other owned channels; Excel data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables; Creating high-impact presentations in MS Word and PowerPoint. Must include one (1) year of experience in all of the following: Using Tableau or Adobe Analytics to derive customer insights and data to understand the customer base with a focus on maximizing CLTV, purchase frequency, and repeat purchase behavior; Working with key digital and customer marketing KPIs and performance marketing metrics including ROI, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CPA, CPC or LTV; Project management of complex strategies from beginning to end; Managing relationships with external vendors and media agencies; Managing and leading a team.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Strategic Management, Business Administration or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as a Digital Marketing Manager, Email Marketing Associate Manager, Online Marketing Analyst, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of experience with all of the following: Working in e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry; Email platforms including Epsilon People Cloud Messaging, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SMS platforms including Vibes; Using HTML and CSS to modify/update existing templates and troubleshoot issues; Developing and managing customer segmentation groups, AB tests/experiments, and running statistical analysis across paid media, email or other owned channels; Excel data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables; Creating high-impact presentations in MS Word and PowerPoint. HOURS: Full-Time; 9AM-5PM, Mon-Fri (40 hrs/week)

SALARY: $117,042 - $162,856 per year
