As the Senior Manager of Web, Optimization and Analytics, you will lead a team to deliver digital excellence and shape the future of our online presence. We are looking for a highly motivated senior leader to join our team and take ownership of our website, optimization and analytics functions. Your goal: Drive greater engagement and online performance of ShareFile.com across the customer lifecycle, leveraging your knowledge of web best practices, marketing technology, online optimization efforts and advanced analytics to help us exceed our business goals.

Role Overview:

Now, let's get to the details. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B web marketing experience and a deep understanding of web systems and modern marketing technologies. This role is an integrated role, working closely with digital and demand, brand and content, product marketing, and sales teams. This includes:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of high performers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on achieving business objectives.
• Craft web experiences on ShareFile.com that streamline the customer journey and engage users across the customer lifecycle.
• Lead effort with content, demand, and customer marketing teams to define and deliver a personalized experience that accelerates the online customer journey
• Optimize our newly installed DXP (CMS, personalization, CDP, marketing automation) for optimal customer engagement, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to drive greater performance. Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements to ensure we are at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Establish and maintain a robust analytics framework, to identify trends and opportunities across customer lifecycle. Based on findings, make recommendations to inform marketing strategies, goals and objectives. Report on KPIs.
• Transform complex data into easy-to-digest stories about performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

• 10+ minimum years of prior relevant experience required
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Experience managing a large scale website, transactional site preferred
• Extensive knowledge of marketing technology platforms, CMS systems, Google Analytics, and web best practices
• Strong analytical skills and experience applying findings to future strategies
