Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, you have the opportunity to help our Vice President of Digital Marketing build, plan and implement SmartRent’s digital strategy. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing deliverables and initiatives via online channels and marketing technology platforms. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the organization and with SMEs within the marketing team to elevate website performance, create marketing automation campaigns, and manage SEO/SEM strategies.
Responsibilities
- Content/Website Management: Work with marketing team members and sales to ensure active promotions, campaigns and product content are represented accurately and in real-time on the website.
- Strategy and Project Management: Work with other departments and team members to execute digital marketing campaigns. Own digital channels and best practices.
- Digital Channels: Leverage digital channels to drive lead generation through SEO/SEM, paid and organic social, email, owned web properties and third-party properties.
- Test and Learn: Continually improve and optimize digital channels.
- Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze performance data and report on results. Communicate findings to leadership.
- Tech Stack: Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption when appropriate.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party vendors and agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 7-10 years of digital marketing experience
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and marketing platforms including website CMS, SEO/SEM, email marketing, marketing automation, paid media, content marketing and social media channels
- Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce is a plus
- Marketing automation experience, HubSpot is a plus
- Strong skills in analyzing data, reporting metrics and communicating key findings
- Experience managing a small team
- Team player, willing to work collaboratively/cross functionally
- Lifelong learner, innate sense of curiosity
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
