The Role

As an AEM certified developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing automation and technology initiatives. You’ll be leading the development and maintenance of AEM components, templates, and workflows, ensuring seamless content delivery across our digital channels. Your work will help employers learn more about the products and services that Fidelity offers to help their employers meet their financial goals; from driving leads through enhancing our customer engagement and experience. The Expertise and Skills You Bring  

  • Education Expectations: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. Preferred experience includes working with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms.
  • Certifications: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer Professional certification (AD0-E123) is required.
  • Proficiency in Java, HTL (Sightly), and JavaScript for AEM development.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, component development, and content management.
  • Experience with AEM workflows, personalization, and multisite configurations.
  • Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service is a plus.

Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
