This role leads the enterprise and strategic sales recruiting function, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-performing talent to meet aggressive growth targets. The Senior Manager/Director will design and execute a data-driven recruitment strategy, build scalable processes, and coach a high-performing team of recruiters. You will partner with sales leadership, finance, and operations to align hiring velocity with revenue goals, while maintaining a strong focus on competency-based hiring and candidate experience. This is a high-impact position requiring both strategic foresight and hands-on execution, providing opportunities to influence organizational growth and global expansion. You will play a key role in shaping the recruiting function to deliver predictable, high-quality talent outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team focused on Enterprise and Strategic Account Executive hiring
  • Architect a data-driven recruiting engine that predicts sales ramp success and attrition, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership
  • Redefine enterprise/strategic hiring profiles through competency mapping and frequent calibration with stakeholders
  • Conduct tactical coaching and pipeline reviews, addressing sourcing blockers and guiding recruiters on candidate qualification and closing strategies
  • Partner with sales, operations, and finance to align hiring priorities with revenue goals and organizational growth plans
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and a replicable playbook for domestic and international expansion
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience and maintain alignment between hiring strategies and organizational objectives
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in sales recruiting within high-growth SaaS or technology environments, specifically in Enterprise and Strategic Sales
    • Proven leadership experience managing and developing recruiting teams
    • Deep expertise in competency-based hiring, structured interviews, and talent assessment frameworks
    • Strong data storytelling skills to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights for executives
    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills at all organizational levels
    • Operational excellence with a “builder” mindset, capable of identifying and solving recruitment process challenges
    • Experience using CRM and recruitment analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions
