Job Overview

As Senior Manager for Diversity Recruiting and Employer Brand, you will be responsible for the design and activation of a robust Employer Brand and Diversity Recruiting strategy. The core purpose of this role is to better engage, excite, and hire qualified candidates, including those from underrepresented communities.

In this role you will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), Business leaders and I&D to ensure the strategy you design and execute delivers business outcomes, grows brand awareness in line with our value proposition, and positions TE Connectivity as an employer of choice in all key markets.

Key Responsibililties

Key responsibilities include:• Build, socialize, and execute global Diversity Recruiting and Employer Brand strategies. Ensuring that the needs of key stakeholders are met across a global, matrixed organization. These strategies will focus on, and target, key talent segments and geographic locations.• Utilize your deep experience designing, building, and evolving Employer Brand & Diversity Recruiting strategies to enable full end to end socialization and execution of your vision through regional & business unit structures.• Inform your strategy by partnering with Talent Acquisition and the business to understand short- and long-term talent sourcing priorities globally • Build dashboards to track the above agreed metrics and establish regular cadence to report trends and insights to the organization to communicate program impact and identify further opportunities. • Lead and form relationships with external partners and events that promote a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent across levels and functions. Set and measure KPIs for these relationships to ensure that we have return on investment and leverage scale opportunities across the company.• Design and launch an Employer Brand marketing toolkit in line with our Employee Value Proposition to enable stakeholders to activate the Employer Brand locally.• Bring the employer brand to life with emphasis on DEI storytelling in the form of innovative, compelling content that attracts active and passive candidates.• Develop critical training and development programs for interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure our recruiting approaches and processes are setting up candidates from all backgrounds for success.• Serve as an internal specialist on trends, standard methodologies, and news in the broader diversity and inclusion space, to advise and educate the organization.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience working in Talent Acquisition and Diversity, with a focus in Employer Branding and EVP
  • Experience leading global employer brand and recruitment marketing projects as part of communications, marketing, HR or recruitment team
  • High degree of data and results orientation
  • Demonstrated experience with working collaboratively across businesses within a highly matrixed global organization and achieving excellent results
  • Demonstrated experience to define and deliver enterprise strategy, out of the box thinking, drive change, challenge status-quo
  • Fully knowledgeable of executive recruiting techniques, recruiting plan development, sourcing methods, and vendor relationship management
  • Deep experience and understanding of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion standard methodologies to attract, engage, support and hire diverse groups of candidates
  • Experience developing relationships with external partners to advance company D&I initiatives
  • Outstanding communication skills and track record of building alignment amongst cross-functional partners to drive initiatives
  • Comfort working in high growth companies with high levels of ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively lead and execute many projects and tasks in parallel
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct reporting structure
  • Genuine passion for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $130,000-150,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
