Why this role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Enablement to join our team to create high-impact learning paths and outcomes across our customer experience teams. This is an exciting role for a forward-thinking senior enablement leader with experience driving business impact through strategic enablement programs. You will partner and build meaningful relationships with senior Sales & Support leaders and subject matter experts across the business, mapping meaningful onboarding and ongoing learning solutions to key business opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in amplifying every Evolver’s potential and contributing to our Sales & Support learning strategy.Â
What you’ll do
- Coach and lead a growing team of learning professionals, including knowledge management specialists
- Lead role-specific enablement efforts across our rapidly growing Owner and Guest Support and Sales teams as a collaborative partner to each business unit
- Conduct business needs analysis with senior Owner and Guest Support and Sales leaders to inform and execute key enablement initiatives
- Lead end-to-end development of enablement programs that enhance knowledge, improve skills, elevate engagement, and establish new abilities that lead to lasting behavioral change and positive business outcomes
- Partner with the business to test and iterate resources to support growth initiatives to achieve stated/agreed impact
- Effectively consult and manage stakeholders (mgr/sr. mgr level) by communicating in a clear, concise, persuasive manner on proposed solutions, tied back to business needs
- Set, measure and report on business impact of key enablement initiatives
What makes you a great fitÂ
- 8+ years of Customer Support or Sales Enablement, or experience within a similar role
- 3+ years previous experience managing direct reports
- Proven success designing and executing high-impact enablement initiatives tied to business results
- Experience building enablement programs for sales, account management, and customer experience teams
- Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with LMS, coaching and content management systems
- Ability to build strong relationships and navigate broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $141,000 to $184,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
LocationÂ
We currently are able to hire throughout the U.S. except in the following states: District of Columbia, and Hawaii. There are also certain positions that may have hiring impacts in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
