OVERVIEW:

The Enablement team leverages competencies, technology, and process to support the rapid growth of Skillsoft. We partner with leaders from the Go-to-Market team (Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships) to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and execute on a global scale.

Platform Management is an integral component of the GTM Enablement team that will help us achieve operational effectiveness as we build our go-to-market function for the next phase of company growth.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Define process and best practices for platforms including Highspot, Outreach, Gong, ClosePlan and more
• Work closely with our in-house platform, Precipio, as an LMS
• Work with the systems team to drive integrations
• Support training efforts on these platforms
• Drive communications and launch plans for revenue team-facing platforms in and out of Enablement
• Work with our in-house staff on leveraging our internal learning platform
• Develop journey's, learning paths, badging and certifications
• Pull reports
• Work on platform design and user experience

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• You love making technology work for people
• Have great process design skills and know how to create workflows
• Understand governance, taxonomy, have done content audits, etc.
• Know how to translate requirements to experiences
• Can obtain and translate requirements
• You enjoy a varied workday
• You're comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
