Overview:
The IT End User Computing Manager supports the large enterprise environments with a high-level understanding of technology and being able to find appropriate benefits to deploying new capabilities within the technical and business teams. Being flexible while evaluating and implementing IT strategies is essential to help the End User Experience team to meet financial and operational needs. Day-to-day activities include guiding direct reports, supervising necessary support activities and providing project leadership when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct stand-up meetings and manage workloads of the team• Evaluate industry trends and the product landscape to determine how they apply to the end user computing experience• Develop, maintain, and communicate end-user PC upgrades and patching roadmap (lifecycle)• Serve as escalation point for teams, provides updates, and leads root cause analysis to executive management in support of the continuous improvement initiatives through quantitative metrics• Design, document and refine PC build and application packaging operational processes and strategy• Ensure the successful and continued operation of the company's endpoints (e.g., mobile, laptop, peripherals, work from home, conferencing)• Report/trend analysis of IT issues, problems, and potential risks.• Develop and maintain an MDM Solution strategy.• Develops skills and capabilities of team members coaching needs of all personnel

Requirments/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field of study, with 10+ years of equivalent work experience is essential
- Strong IT knowledge along with managerial capabilities and efficient planning skills
- Experience in IT endpoint definition/management
- Experience leading teams to accomplish technology-centric objectives, ideally with hardware and software elements
- Thinks strategically but quickly pivots to tactical action
- Experience with dealing with IT suppliers (e.g., selection, management)
- Experience leveraging products such as SCCM, Tanium, JAMF, or other platforms to manage workstations in a medium to large enterprise environment
- 3 years of Microsoft Active Directory administration experience
- Detail oriented, with focus on high quality and customer support
- Strong understanding of desktop technologies, end user productivity applications, unified communications, virtualization, and collaboration services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Good decision making and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
