Overview
The Senior Manager Enterprise Data Services job function leads, manages and maintains the technology teams for Data Management.
Specialized Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency with Office365
- Experience configuring MDM platform within data design, source-to-target mappings, integration, and standards for initiatives on
duplication identification, merge, and record cleansing. - Experience managing and optimizing backlog for master data management (MDM) solution for data domains (Example: account, contact, unique identifiers)
- Experience improving quality of master data by creating, monitoring data health check dashboards
- Led systems development methodology and infrastructure project delivery
- Manage project budget, risk and issues
- Experience with Data Management related tools and applications such as MDM, Data Quality, RPA/BPA, DSML, and/or Analytic Process Automation (such as Alteryx)
Primary Responsibilities
- Delivers proactive, business focused IT services that enable rapid business growth and smooth business operations.
- Directly oversees functional team and works with technical teams in collaboration with vendor and other support teams for problem resolution.
- Ensures data integrity and compliance by leading the team performing data cleansing, data audit and / or data validation, administering and maintaining the master data tables with database administrator assistance.
- Leads the team responsible for performing root-cause analysis on master data related system problems and recommends or executes corrective action.
- Oversee development of data quality metrics in partnership with the business functions that proactively detect, correct, and prevent data quality issues and ensure data compliance with standards across the enterprise related to item and supplier domains.
- Oversees testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and systems
- Directs and prioritizes the workload of subordinate personnel and assists with workload prioritization as needed.
- Continues to seek out opportunities to increase internal client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manages tactical steps, project execution, and related deliverables.
- Manage business cases and project charters in conjunction with the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Maintains and develops strong understanding of functional partner needs and strategic priorities
- Translates business needs into effective and improved processes and/or technical solutions or services coordinating with associated technology partners both internally and externally
- Identifies and translates functional needs and goals into business case driven strategic roadmaps and executable portfolios of activities to achieve the business outcomes
- Engages technical and business teams to ensure the team direction, priority and focus enable corporate success.
- Ensures continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems, programs, and equipment performance in collaboration with technical teams
- Mentors, develops, motivates, and coaches teams to work collaboratively and effectively
- Keeps abreast of technological changes, trends and innovations in the information business applications/systems field and provides technical support and direction to support improved business capabilities
- Participates in industry peer groups to understand industry trends and implements and recommends best practice solutions
- Proactively works with IT Architecture team to design a robust, flexible set of services and capabilities that are efficient and cost effective
- Performs performance and conducts interviews and makes recommendations for new hires, consultants and/or replacement personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and formal education in relevant disciplines (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant degreed)
- 7+ years related experience in technology management, customer relationship management and staff management

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Project Management (PMI) or Agile Certification
- Familiar with SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, and/or other Agile frameworks
- Experience in food and beverage, CPG or distribution industry
- Experience with Customer Master preferred
