Job Description:
Zscalerās Customer Experience and Transformation practice is a āwhite-gloveā service team that enables sales teams to accelerate campaigns and provides strategic positioning for high-impact outcomes via thought leadership and C-level programs.
We are looking for a flexible, creative, self-starter to join the team as a Senior Manager, Executive Customer Programs. In this role, you will facilitate and build virtual and in-person CXO programs, including summits, executive roundtables, affinity/industry groups, Customer Advisory Boards, among others.
Responsibilities:
- Build executive programs that focus on CIO, CISO, and CTO personas and themes (e.g. Industry)
- Create executive engagements and events from end-to-end, including coordinating logistics, developing bespoke agendas, coaching executive speakers, developing materials, and follow-up
- Work directly with customer leaders and executives from Fortune 2000 organizations, both virtually and in-person
- Develop and iterate on best practices that drive customer engagement, value, and business impact
- Engage executives (internal and external) to drive attendance to our events
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignmentĀ
- Moderate and host virtual events, including Customer Advisory Boards
- Manage external speakers for future events and engagements while evolving the existing process
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in high-touch executive programs
- Experience collaborating in a virtual environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsĀ
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Zscalerās salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
