Why join Calendly’s Marketing team? 

We’re looking for an experienced Expansion Marketing leader to join the Calendly Marketing team to take responsibility for owning our strategy in support of our Expansion Sales motion and Account-Based Marketing. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a B2B tech company, and responsibility will include building out our GTM strategy for the newly formed Expansion Sales team, refining our ABM strategy for our Named Accounts, and supporting our cross-sell/up-sell motions.

Reporting into our Head of Demand Generation, the role will start with understanding our existing Expansion GTM efforts, establishing measurement and performance, and developing a strategy to increase Pipeline and ARR from this critical segment. 

The successful candidate has prior success in developing and executing on a GTM and ABM strategy across existing customers, leveraging data in sophisticated ways, and experience leading a small team in a very fast-paced, metrics-oriented manner.

What are some of the high impact opportunities you’ll tackle? 

  • Own and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement for our Expansion Sales segment
  • Own the strategy for Account-Based Marketing efforts and manage the Sr ABM Programs Manager
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and customer expansion
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of our Named Accounts and existing customers to develop targeted messaging and content that resonates with them
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to meet their goals
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing programs and campaigns, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve our approach
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that our marketing efforts are always ahead of the curve
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally

This opportunity is for you if you have/are:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Experience managing a team of marketing professionals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and buyer personas
  • Strong experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
