Schwab Advisor Services, a division of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. is the leading provider of custody, trading, technology, and operational support to registered independent advisory firms (RIAs). In addition to custody services, Schwab Advisor Services provides practice management and consultative support to help independent advisors start, build and grow their businesses. Advisor Services serves over 16,000 registered independent investment advisors who manage approximately $5 trillion in assets in client accounts.
As Senior Manager, Field Enablement, you will translate business strategy into clear, scalable enablement and internal communications that help field teams recognize client needs, confidently position solutions, and drive meaningful outcomes. This is a strategic individual contributor role that partners closely with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve field readiness and adoption.
In this role, you will:
- Translate strategy into action by designing integrated go-to-market internal communications and enablement strategies for new product launches, enhancements, and key initiatives-driving field readiness and adoption.
- Increase field effectiveness by evolving processes, tools, and operating rhythms that help frontline professionals identify opportunities and serve clients using Schwab's full suite of solutions.
- Build scalable enablement (tools, resources, learning experiences) that strengthen capabilities and are usable in real client conversations.
- Create clarity and confidence by ensuring field audiences understand the strategy, their role, and how actions connect to advisor success and business results.
- Measure and optimize impact by defining success metrics, collecting insights/feedback, and iterating content and approaches based on performance outcomes.
- Operate as a trusted partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Service, and other stakeholders to align priorities, reduce ambiguity, and deliver cohesive enablement experiences.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement and/or internal communication strategies that drive measurable adoption and field outcomes.
- Skill translating complex strategies into clear, practical, scalable tools and learning experiences for client-facing teams.
- Experience defining meaningful success metrics, gathering insights, and using feedback/performance data to improve enablement effectiveness.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset-ability to simplify, scale, and improve programs while maintaining quality and relevance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting B2B sales or field organizations, including enabling consultative conversations and solution positioning.
- Background designing engaging, outcomes-focused content that supports behavior change (e.g., learning experiences, job aids, visuals, multimedia).
- Proficiency creating visually compelling materials in tools such as PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with infographic and multimedia tools.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Bachelor's degree (or comparable experience aligning to the required skills above).
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
